Casita Grande: Large 1-bedroom casita (“small house”), 72 m2 (780 ft2), newly renovated in a “Mexican rustic” style. Original art, lots of glass, stained glass, view of professionally landscaped garden with mangos, oranges, bananas, birds of paradise (in season), and your own private courtyard patio. King bed with ceiling fan in large bedroom, hexagonal domed living room, large washroom with shower, full kitchen. Wi-fi, wired internet to new 49” smart TV. Air conditioning not necessary. Gas fireplace and electric space heater if you need them.

High season Nov 1 to April 15: USD $500/wk or $1,720/mo for two people. Minimum 2 weeks please.

Low season: USD $325/wk, $1,120/mo

Retired professional couple, one of us is still an (online) lecturer in engineering at the University of Toronto, both are from Atlantic Canada.

Terms:

Deposit 50% or two weeks, whichever is less, non-refundable less than one month in advance, payable by INTERAC e-Transfer (for Canadians) or PayPal. Remainder in cash (pesos or other) in person. Refundable damage deposit USD $200 (in pesos or other) upon arrival. We use www.xe.com for foreign exchange conversions.
