If you are staying less than three months, the deposit 33% is payable 6 months in advance payable by Canadian Interac e-Transfer (5% discount), or PayPal or bank transfer (for Mexico and all other countries), or cash (5% discount). Remainder upon arrival.
If you are staying for three months or long-term, you pay one month as deposit, then first month upon arrival, and then month-by month.
