CASITA ESCONDIDA đ: Charming Studio in Ajijic Centro â Colonial/Contemporary Style — Garden SettingÂ
This architect-designed ground-floor studio offers 26 sq m (280 sq ft) of thoughtfully planned space, ideal for a single guest seeking privacy and style in the heart of Ajijic.
Small but beautifully appointed, the space features dramatic barrel-vaulted and boveda brick ceilings that evoke classic Spanish colonial charm. A glass front and continuous skylight over an exposed stone wall bring in natural light and character, especially in the kitchen and bathroom areas.
it is furnished with a double/full mattress, ceiling fan, compact kitchen, Wi-Fi, and TV. It may be a bit warm May to June, but is naturally ventilated through a skylight, good for the rest of the year.
Tucked away in a secluded corner of a five-unit property, this studio has its own lush private patio, and enjoys shared access to other outdoor amenities: a solar-heated pool, a poolside patio with propane grill, and a shaded rooftop âmiradorâ with beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. Access is through the shared garden and the private path.

Payment Terms:
Rates are all-inclusive. For exchange rates, we use www.xe.com. If you are staying up to three months, the deposit 33% is payable 6 months in advance payable by Interac e-Transfer (for Canadians), or PayPal / credit card (for Mexico, USA, and all other countries). The deposit is fully refunded if cancelled up to 30d in advance of arrival for any reason. Remainder upon arrival.
If you are staying for more than three months, pay last month as deposit non-refundable, first month upon arrival, and then month-by month.
If you make any payment in pesos cash, there is a 5% discount for that payment. Or ask for 5% discount for paying in CAD $ via Interac eTransfer.
