Lakeview Suite: 1-bedroom apartment, 54 m2 (586 ft2) indoor space, recently renovated into an “eclectic-contemporary-antique-mexican-rustic” designed space. Because you are on the second floor with a 15 m2 (161 ft2) private terrace, you have a view of the professionally landscaped garden with mangos, oranges, bananas, birds of paradise (in season), and a south-facing partial view of the lake. Four-poster queen bed with ceiling fan, original art, living room with ceiling fan, large washroom with shower and tub, kitchen. Wi-fi, wired internet to a 49” TV. Air conditioning not necessary, as it catches the mild on-shore and off-shore breezes. Electric space heater in case you need it.
High season Nov 1 to April 15: USD $350/wk or $1,200/mo. Minimum 2 weeks please.
Low season: USD $225/wk, $780/mo

Terms:
Deposit 50% or two weeks, whichever is less, non-refundable less than one month in advance, payable by INTERAC e-Transfer (for Canadians) or PayPal. Remainder in cash (pesos or other) in person. Refundable damage deposit USD $200 (in pesos or other) upon arrival. We use www.xe.com for foreign exchange conversions.
